 Our Warranty Policy

-----At least one year's warranty is provided by VDEEN LIGHTING unless your VDEEN Product  was purchased from an unauthorized distributor or unauthorized reseller. Distributors may sell Products to resellers who then sell Products to end users.

After vendor’s confirmation and approval, the first end user purchaser should be free from malfunction in materials and workmanship under normal use at the date of original purchase for one year from the date of purchase. After that, users may enjoy a continuing charge repairing service, then please don’t forget to bring the warranty card and the invoice in company with.

Warranty description
•  This warranty is limited to normal use. It is invoid if damage has resulted from accident, dismantle, abuse, transport, or service or modification by someone other than the appointed vendor, souse, fission or the spare part has been over the period of warrant. Cost will be charge to user for repairing.

•  User should take Warranty card together with the invoice for repairing or warranty service. The warranty card will be invoid if any change has been made.

•  The warranty card is valid only it is filled completely by the vendor, and manual signature or stamp by the vendor.

•  The label on the products can’t be broken; otherwise, the warranty is invoid.

•  The repaired products would be returned within 2 months after receiving the return materials. Freight charge should be paid by the sender.
