Once the money has been transferred, we will pick up the funds. At any time after completing your transaction, you can return to westernunion.com and click on Transfer Status to find out if the funds have been picked up or not with your control number.

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you and e-mail confirming payment. Under normal circumstances you will receive email notification within 24 hours. However, if due to technical circumstances that are beyond our control you do not hear from us, please send us a reminder. We would really appreciate this.

Our payment terms are straightforward.

   Upon receipt of your order, we will inform you of the production day and delivery time, and confirm the total amount payable.

On orders of:

Under USD5000   At least 50% down payment for production start, Balance should be paid before shipment step. 

Over USD5,000 to USD20,000: we require 30% down payment for production start, balance should be paid before shipment step.

Over USD20000 : In general way, we only accept payment by T/T or cash with order. However,  If your order is a great quantity (full containers), we can also accept L/C payment request.

About Samples&Order
 
       You are kindly requested to pay for samples and express delibvery cost for the first business,  All your money for sample is refundable once the first order has confirmed.
       For old and regular customers, we will send samples for free with the value under $5.00 for mutual benefits.
       The die fee for the first new sample need to be prepaid by our customer if the lamps'design you sent to us is very special that cannot find it' s ready-made parts in the current china market
